We Use Multiple Sheet Rollers And Angle Rollers
At Dan Dee Air, we have several large and small pinch rollers with different capabilities. Our pinch rollers vary in size from 4-feet to 6-feet in length, with the capacity to roll various diameters, as well as the different thickness of a material.
Our large pyramid roller has the capacity to roll up to 12-feet in length a 4" thick. It is capable of rolling 1 / 2" thick carbon steel plate, six feet in length.
Our 6-feet wide pinch roller can roll material up to 3 / 8 " thick. Our 5-feet wide pinch roller can roll 10 gauge material, and our 4 feet wide pinch rollers have the capacity to roll 14 gauge material.
